In compliance with the Family Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 USCA sec. 1232G), I, hereby grant permission to the officials of the St. Edward’s University McNair Scholars Program to obtain any and all academic records including college transcripts, college acceptance letters, college financial aid/scholarship records, current grades and/or academic progress reports. I also give permission for the program staff members to request similar information from this and future institutions for follow-up purposes, as required by the United States Department of Education, after my enrollment in the program has ended.
